Cooperative Housing (CHC) is a great option for many seniors.

CHC is a unique model that offers housing in ranch-style homes, rather than a large facility. If Mom or Dad are having a difficult time giving up their own home, or are leery of leaving their current living arrangement, this is a wonderful alternative... all of the comforts of home are provided: a private bedroom and bathroom; common living room, dining room, and kitchen; delicious food and meals; and friendly residents and staff which become like a second family.
