Supportive Living

For single adults or couples aged 62 and older who need some assistance with daily living: 

 

  • Onsite staff are available daily

  • Annual income of less than $58,800

  • A dinner meal is provided, and staff assist residents in preparing breakfast and lunch throughout the week

  • Weekly housekeeping of a resident's private suite, including linen change

  • Laundry assistance

Independent Living

For adults age 62 and older who are capable of managing all their own needs:

 

  • Perfect health is not required, but residents must be cognitively alert, and not in need of nursing care

  • Annual income of less than $58,800

  • CHC handles grocery shopping and provides food for three meals a day plus snacks

  • Cleaning supplies and a fully stocked kitchen

  • Weekly housecleaning of common areas
